MSAAI has negotiated a discounted rate of $192.00 plus applicable tax rate at the Sheraton Flowood Refuge Hotel & Conference Center. 

The deadline to receive the MSAAI group rate is May 15th, 2026. MSAAI encourages you to make your reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sell out before this date. After  this date, reservations will be accepted based on availability and higher rates may apply. 

 Attendees are responsible for making their reservations by  visiting the reservation website or by calling the hotel at (601) 936-4550. Please reference the code IMM and MSAAI 2026 Annual Meeting to receive the discounted rate. 

 A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold a reservation. These deposits are fully refundable if the hotel is notified 48-hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. 

 Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers International Airport (JAN) is approximately 4 miles from the Sheraton Flowood — Refuge Hotel and Conference Center or 6 minutes by car.
